Exercise room has dumbbells, weight machine, elliptical and treadmill. All in excellent condition, but also popular. Overall, it’s a very good choice, just be prepared for the crowds. "The hotel is awesome.Yes, the rooms are basically closets with a mattress and two feet of ground to stand on. I splurged and got the double bed room and do that, I can't imagine squeezing into the single. But the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, there was ZERO light in the room with the lights off, so if you like dark rooms, you'll love this. It's a deep cave. But there was a light switch on the wall right next to your pillow so easy to light things up. Built in speakers for bluetooth. The people who work there keep the place perfect. It's all rather new and everything is clean and well designed. There is a cafe and bar downstairs which is decent and a rooftop lounge area where you can smoke, drink or just hang out with plenty of good furniture. I spent two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood is kinda cruddy, with people sleeping on the sidewalk, but it didn't feel dangerous and a short walk to a great, lively street and plenty of sidewalk cafes. it's just a few blocks to the train station. If I'm travelling alone, I'd certainly stay there again. It had a good energy and was very clean. Two people in the tiny pod would get tough, but for solo travel, do it. "

"Great stay at the Radisson in St Pauli,room had everything I needed,bar area was also ok for a beer waiting for mates which also offered free tea & coffee. St Paulis was a bit rundown but knew that before booked. The hotel did what I wanted it to and is also a short walk from the S bahn if you are getting the train in from the airport,which is also a bonus "
