"To be fair, the staff was respectful and attentive despite the property’s many challenges. The building and room entry systems were frequently dysfunctional, and, strangely, my room didn’t even have a headboard. The most serious issue, however, was the pervasive mildew or mold odor. Overall, I was profoundly disappointed with the facility."

"Homewood suites in Eatontown is a favorite stay of my family when visiting long branch. the place was great, the breakfast was great for being free. the staff are amazing. All is pretty excellent only issue in this last visit my was with the pool. on two occasions I wanted to go for a swim and they were cleaning it. For being open 9-8pm if your going to clean it. It should be cleaned before this time. on my check out date I wanted to go for a last swim and due to rain the night before the pool...

"We liked everything except the toilet tissue; it was horribly thin. I would think be part of such a large chain of hotels the quality would have been a bit better. Otherwise, everything was great."

"The woman at the front desk (whose name I sadly forget) was the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming ever. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff did a full cleaning every day, and it was so appreciated. Our room (201) was huge, and we were lucky to have a balcony, kitchenette, and two toilets. The proximity to the pier village area and beach is perfect. Parking was right next to the hotel in a nice, shaded garage on the first floor with super easy access. Highly recommend!"
