"Lovely stay. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. We were treated like VIPs - even our dog got his own bowls, bed and goodie bag.
The hotel is in a beautiful old building but with great modern comforts (air-con especially welcome during the recent heatwave). The Classic room we stayed in was huge as was the bathroom. All in all a great stay. Thank you! "

"We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol.
We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening.

Stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Bristol City with my wife and also booked a room for my friend’s birthday. The hotel was spot on — modern, clean, and super comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out in the city.
We went to see Moulin Rouge at the Hippodrome, which was just a 20-minute walk from the hotel, so the location was ideal for us. Plus, the staff were really friendly, and checking in was a breeze.
