"I cannot fault my stay, from start to finish it was superb from the very welcoming and friendly Roberto where absolutely nothing was to much trouble, to how amazingly clean and well kept the communal areas were, to the fantastic room i stayed in. I have stayed in a fair few hotels in Bournemouth but this one stands head and shoulders above all of them in terms of staff, cleanliness, location, comfiness of bed and it was so quiet. In walking distance of the city centre, beach, and ocean view walking path. Will definitely stay again. Your staff are a credit to you. Oh. Enjoyed the pantry goodies on the first floor landing. "Very nice rooms. I rate the bathrooms 4 because the older lavatories have separate cold and hot water, making it awkward to get any warm water. No counter space for personal care products. Otherwise, nice beds, excellent and responsive staff."
