"Das Hotel ist von der Lage her sehr gut. Ein günstiger Parkplatz (Central) ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die 10 Pfund kann man sich dadurch sparen, gerade auch weil es nur 10 Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft gibt. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer allerdings schon sehr abgewohnt. Da unser Zimmer auch noch zur Straße raus ging, war es sehr laut. Zudem lassen sich die Fenter (wohl üblich in England) nur einen Spalt öffnen, was bei dieser Hitze im Juli ziemlich schlecht war. Frühstück für 12 Pfund...

"Lovely hotel. No complaints! Location is good, be warned it is on a hill, parking is excellent and safe under the hotel. Reception and lobby was clean and spacious. Dining area was ample food for breakfast was really lovely. Waffles were exceptional 😋 Lots of food and drink variety plus really fresh also kept lovely and tidy. Bedroom we booked was standard double, and for 2 nights it was great. Quiet room no complaints. Shower was good... What is not to like about the Hampton by Hilton!"

"Was a lovely simple property in the heart of Bournemouth, only a few minutes walk from the town or the beach. Self check in/out was seamless and they offered a decent self-service breakfast. Room was clean with plenty of amenities."

"This is an ex Ramanda Encore Hotel and it was better then! The hotel is well overdue complete refurbishment and us very tired and not close being worth what is charged for it. The lift is slow and rattles, the staff are slow to respond to requests. One plus that saved it from disaster was exceptionally effective air condition in the room! Parking also a fair price."

"We booked a hotel rather than a just an apartment or room as we were expecting a serviced hotel as a treat and paid accordingly. There is no reception, no bar and no catering other than at the neighbouring property, just a 4 digit number supposedly to open the front door and room, it didn’t allow access to the room, which caused some anxiety.
