"Reception staff were excellent. Room was well appointed and the bathroom very clean. Bar and wait staff were very pleasant and courteous but in need of further training."

"Rooms were very clean with a nice view of the runway. Excellent sound proofing windows and walls. Slept like a log. Very short walk to the airport terminals. As we left before breakfast started 4am. The staff kindly said we could collect some pastries and fruit at 3am. "

"My wife could not connect to the Wifi on the firestick that we brought from home. She tried the front desk, but there was nothing they could do. So they then resorted to buying the movie on the "Internet TV" Youtube, but that also just showed the loading screen and never ended up working. It was dissapointing as I booked it for my wife and her friend to have a nice relaxing time away from the kids. "

"The breakfast has always been provided as inclusive during the stay and i have been a regular for many years at this hotel. However it is dissapointing that this is no longer provided. It was never anything special but a pleasant and welcome reason to stay here. The staff are excellent and a re think is necessary"
