"Found this on Expedia and glad we did. Not only is it an elegant country house right on the Thames in a well manicured 35 acre park, the touches throughout are well done while keeping the historic architecture in focus. Loved the turntables in the public rooms! I could spin Roxy Music and other choices with an after dinner drink by one of the many working fireplaces. Nice amenities in the rooms, too! "The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay."
