"The room was just that. I booked a hotel not a basic room. No emeneties in the room at all. The bath panel had fallen off, we asked for extra pillows but not forthcoming. Not worth the money we spent as this hotel is now a hostel."

"This was a pleasant surprise. The room was small, but perfectly clean and functional. Bed was comfy. We purchased breakfast there, we hadn't pre-booked this. Didn't expect such a variety. The hotel itself is very well kept and contemporary. Couldn't fault it and will book again."

"This is a very classy hotel. My room was really stylish and comfortable and with a great view. All the staff, including the cleaners, front desk staff, baggage handlers and waiters were very helpful. I had a lovely meal at the restaurant sitting outside alongside the Thames. Highly recommended."
