"We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was modern and attractive. There was hangers for clothes and 2 spacious drawers. A hairdryer was provided. The bed was comfortable and the thermostat was easy to operate. There was a spacious refrigerator under the counter, a glass stove top, a microwave, toaster, and an electric water kettle, which we used to make instant coffee and instant oatmeal. We enjoyed the coffee shop, which serves as the entrance to the building. A laundry room was available but required an app for payment, which didn’t work out for us, but it wasn’t a big deal. The location was the absolute best! Staff were helpful and friendly. We were so pleased with this property! "

"Room was lovely, one of the best we have stayed in, in London and we visit London a lot at weekends. Only thing I can complain about is the pillow. Wasn’t consistent with the other pillows on the bed and was very lumpy. "
