"Easy to travel to, and it’s also easy to travel to other places from this hotel since there’s stations nearby from a walkable distance. There’s two restaurants downstairs if you go outside, both owned by the hotel, they are quite decent, the prices are also decent. The floor of my hotel room had some orange / red stain next to my bed, but other than that it was clean. I do have to say that at night it gets really hot, there’s no AC, so open up the window a little at night. There’s also no toothbrushes, so bring your own, along with toothpaste. Check in and out was pretty quick. Decent experience for the price. "

"Convenient location, drab and unclean rooms. Great staff and also a terrible manager. Avoid. I paid for 6 nights. My flight was delayed and I arrived the following morning. I notified the hotel in advance—and that I would need the room after 24 hours. They sold my prepaid room to someone else. When I arrived, they initially told me I had booked for the following night. I showed my receipt and then they said the hotel was full. The very helpful front desk clerk went and spoke the manager, Alessia. She was pleasant but deceitful and totally unhelpful. She confirmed I had paid but said the hotel was full—because they sold my room to someone else. But that housekeeping would get me a room as soon as possible. Remember, I was not asking for a favor like early check in. I had been delayed 12 hours and wanted access to the room I had paid for. I asked for a refund of the night. Alesia said since I booked through hotels.com I would have to call them. Not her decision. She refused—even though they were paid twice for the same room. I contacted hotels.com. They called her. Twice. It was actually her decision. She refused twice. Said it was hotel “policy.” So she not only denied me a refund, but also added insult to injury by wasting my time. Perhaps this policy of theft and inconveniencing human beings is in fact Ibis policy. Or it’s just an overworked manager who cannot see the situation in front of her. Whatever the case, there are many better options in London!"

"The hotel is perfectly fine, comforted and in a good location. Although there is a fridge in the room there is no kettle which is a bit of a shame as it means you can’t enjoy a coffee in bed in the morning which is a shame. The hotel have taken a £100 deposit from me which remains pending in my account and which I will need to wait 30 days for them to refund. They tried to take it again a second time and then charged me the full amount for my stay at check in on top of this. This is extremely irritating and I would rather they had taken card details than £100 being held hostage in my account for the next month."

"Ce fut ma deuxième visite dans ce lieu d'hébergement. Extrêmement bien situé (en plein coeur de Londres) - il est donc très facile de ce servir de l'hôtel comme un hub à partir duquel planifier ses activités en périphérie. Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné. J'y retournerai!"
