"The room was all set for our visit. Very clean, comfortable and air conditioner worked. The only reason I would take a star away is because of a brown stain that was at the entrance of the bathroom, I would recommend that they cut out that portion of the carpet and replace. I was just an old stain that they couldn’t be completely removed. I covered it on our visit. The one other problem I have with The Resident Covent Garden was that it has no FOOD in house. My problem, I should have noticed...

"From the moment me and my son stepped foot into the Clermont we were treated so well. The reception staff treated me and my son very well with a free upgrade, free drinks and a clermont teddy and Easter gift for him. They really couldn’t have done enough for us. We checked in early as the room was ready, the room was very clean, big and also very quiet, we slept so well for being in central London and couldn’t hear any outdoor noise. The location was perfect we walked to lots of local landmarks...

"So charming and in a great location. Great food options on same street. Spacious room and kept clean very well. Staff was very friendly and delivered evening shortbread cookies every night. The air conditioning did seem to fault after the first night but luckily it was chilly when we went but could be bothersome in warmer temperatures."

"Excellent stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Covent Garden. Thomas was an amazing concierge, the front desk staff always helpful, even the housekeeping staff was so friendly and accommodating. Quiet room with comfortable beds, mini fridge and coffee bar kept us happy and ready for our tourist adventures. Excellent location within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see, including museums, West End theaters, shopping and delicious restaurants. Highly recommended!"
