"for usa clients rooms are too small 2 bags cannot fit , w have to buy upgrade rooms it was with the kitchen and paid extra 130 usd per day end up paying 400 plus per day , then we had enough room to put 2 bags room is good for are traveling with bag pack , prices was not justify the room close to train and tram restaurant are close by but restaurant are every where in london"

"The hotel uses air fresheners during room cleaning and throughout the lobby area. When we entered the room the smell was so strong we couldn't even stay in the room. "

"The President Hotel is within walking distance of the British Museum. The tube station is nearby. The room was small, but not unexpected in London. We had a terrible breakfast at the hotel and opted to go to coffee shops thereafter. It is walkable to the theaters and a long walk to Trafalgar Square, but a nice walk."

"Easy check in. Staff really friendly and attentive. Room was just as expected, clean, cosy, quiet. The only gripe is the sink tap was broken so took me an age to work out how to work it (room 4216), and the installation of a plastic sink means it’s already marking/staining. But id definitely stay here again without a doubt."

"Breakfast was great. The rooms were exceptionally nice. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic for walking to shops, restaurants and tourist sites."

"Room had a little kitchenette with plates, little sink, microwave - super handy! Amazing view from 12th floor. Didn’t bother with breakfast as the queue was massive. Staff were lovely. Lighting in the room was excellent, various options for different moods! Would definitely stay again. Great location."
