The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. "Great location with easy access to several Underground Trains. Wi-Fi worked very well. We had trouble with the TV in the bedroom at it was replaced after we notified the front desk. We were on the 5th floor and did not have trouble with the noise...but it is there for those that are light sleepers. Great to have a kitchen and washer for clothes. Very helpful indeed."

"lovely hotel, lovely room. The only downside was tea/coffee facilities in the hallway rather than the room - i like a tea in bed before i get up but didn't want to go and make it in my pjs! Disposable cups not very eco friendly either."

"The level of customer service fir this hotel was off the charts! Concierge check in, upgraded room, chilled water station on every floor, no request was too much for the staff, roof top bar was super fun and great bar and cocktails at Lyonasse! Definitely will stay again"

"A lovely hotel just a stone’s throw from St Paul’s Cathedral, with an excellent selection of places to eat right on the doorstep. The room was small but perfectly normal for London, comfortable and well laid out to maximise the space. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice. The entrance was step free and the rooms were accessible. The aircon was excellent especially as London was in the midst of a heatwave! My only minor gripe was the bathroom’s sliding door, which was a bit stiff to open...

"Great studio suite ruined by lack of AC. Hardly slept because of heat and bed firm. Otherwise great location, friendly staff. Apartment has everything you need….apart from AC. Maybe will stay again but only outside summer!"
