"A well renovated property with very good bedroom and amenities.
On check in the staff were really very good. They were informative, efficient and made us feel that nothing would have been too much trouble.
The whole property was well maintained and is in a great place to explore central London (between the Strand and Covent Garden)."
"We stayed in a city king room. The king bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well and we were able to crack open the windows slightly which was also welcome given the nice cool London air and relatively quite neighborhood of this hotel. Daily housekeeping service was awesome as was the mini fridge and selection of teas and coffees in the room. We had a room with both a bath and a shower. The bathtub was deep and spacious enough for two! Awesome place to stay!!! "

"The hotel was great and ease of checking in. The only thing that needs addressing is breakfast. There did not seem to be enough staff and our table was not cleared at all. There was a group of us on the table with very little room to manoeuvre plates etc. This was the only issue we had otherwise a great overnight stay. Thank you "

"Staff was the nicest we ever had. Easy walk to Abbey, place and traglafar square. Great coffee shop, bar and sandwich shop downstairs. Didn’t try restaurant upstairs. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommend this hotel to all, they treated us like we were at the Ritz. 10/10 in all aspects, recommend to all families, business travelers and couples."
