"We had a one nights stay here and it was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the jaguar lodge and have some amazing photos. Our kids loved sleeping on the mezzanine floor. The lodge was spotlessly clean. We walked through the avary to access our lodge. Included in our stay was some time with the zoo keeper and we also got to go in and feed the african grey parrots. "The hotel is in a good location, only a bus ride away from Disneyland Paris and about a 20 minute walk from Val D’Europe station and shopping centre. I’d recommend downloading the IDF Mobilités app for ease of getting the RER/bus so you can just tap in and out. I chose to stay in this hotel as I had stayed here when I visited Disneyland Paris in 2016 so knew what to expect. Also make sure you bring a physical bank card, as you need it to check in, for the deposit. The rooms are a good size...

"This is our second time at the hotel and we’ve recommended it to others. The location and the shuttle bus are really convenient. Rooms are a decent size with good amenieties. But if you’re booking soon be aware that the pool is out of action and there is a lot of refurb work happening. I didn’t know this and certainly don’t feel it was reflected in the price. Some of the staff are lovely, but the breakfast team can be quite rude! Book it for the location rather than the service! "
