"Between my family we rented 3 separate rooms here for 5 days each. One of the rooms were amazing! Mine however was not so much, there was no hot water for 3 of the days! I had to call about our AC not working several times. We could only use the pool on the first day of the stay due to it being quite dirty for the remainder of the time. We did reach out with all of the concerns AC was fixed promptly, hot water took days, and pool was never cleaned. The manager did offer to cook breakfast for us...

"Tried changing hotels and was not able to get a refund. They moved my rooms and it didnāt get any better. Can hear every single thing at that hotel, even on the nights the club isnāt open.
The cleanliness is lacking and there is way too much deodorizer throughout the hotel which made my allergies go crazy..smelled musty in the rooms. Would definitely not stay there again. Very disappointed in my stay here. No hot water in showerā¦tried everything to make work and nothing."
