"The property is in an excellent location with parking. We received very communication from the owner. We stayed in room 3 which featured a lovely bath a wet room along with a huge bed. The TV reception had some buffering, however, we weren't spending hours watching it as we were out enjoying Brighton. We will certainly stay again."

"Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August."
