Hotel Mewah di Brighton

"Communication prior to arrival and during was polite and friendly. We were met upon arrival and were escorted to the apartment. In the kitchen was coffee, tea & chocolate. The apartment was clean, neat, well appointed. In the bathrooms were shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, soap, toothbrush, etc. It’s close to shops and restaurants, plus a short walk to the train station. It is secure and quiet. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return. "

"It turned out to be an excellent spot to meet our friends & family. Great spot for shopping, loads of fusion & non fusion restaurants, heaps of cafe's to choose from. For those not driving, there is a station close to the apartment. Yes yes, the trains can be disturbing only if you are a light sleeper. But its managable. My room was facing Male street & it was quieter. They provided on-site parking, which was very convenient — no time wasted hunting for offsite spots. The neighbourhood is...

"I have stayed at quite a few luxury hotels and the Sofitel never fails to impress! Unfortunately due to an accident, we lost power, however the generator jumped into action quite quickly, With unprecedented work noise outside due to the accident, I was offered a relocation to another room, however at that time of night I asked for and was provided with earplugs. Eventually fell to sleep and slept well. As an apology, even though it was their fault, I have been offered a free room...

"Staff were helpful, room okay did not request king bed asked for a double booking made through Expedia. Room right near the lift which I know someone has to have but not ideal. Had a small meal prior to 6 pm at the Collins restaurant which was fine, breakfast arrived 8.30 am seated quickly staff were good. The Meal which we had small spoon of baked beans, mushrooms, scrambled egg, bacon were nearly cold only hot item was the hash brown. Two coffees to follow were good, staff was very good. ...
