"I enjoyed my stay at Laquinta. The property was clean and quiet. It is close to the airport and offers airport shuttle service. The staff members were quite polite and helpful. Breakfast starts a bit early, but it is sufficient to meet breakfast needs. Most of all, I liked how quiet it was. It is a good place to relax and unwind. I would recommend this hotel to persons who want somewhere clean and quiet to stay."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. During that time, he repeatedly yelled from the back office that he was "on the phone" and "busy," and at one point told everyone,...

"The first room I was in had mold in the bathroom, they tried to cover it with caulk but the mold was coming through the caulk. They changed my room and a roach was in the bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work, I had to use my own. The rooms were very outdated. The best part of my stay was that they didn’t except animals."

"The hotel was clean however the elevator wasn’t really working and the breakfast was subpar. As we were entering our room, someone was coming out of our room, which was a little concerning. He identified himself as “pest control”, which was also concerning! He didn’t tell us what he was doing in there, but did say that there were no pests. Overall, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"The front desk associate that checked me in (name started with a T?) was absolutely wonderful!!!! She was pleasant and efficient not only with me but with everyone else that I saw her help."

"The room was decently clean and came equipped with all dishes and pots to use in the kitchen. Breakfast was good and changed daily. The surrounding area was safe and there were restaurants within a short distance of the property. They are building a Wawa within walking distance. Overall was a good stay and worked well for the weekend!"

We ended up paying for LYFT. We arrived early asked to have luggage checked in since there were no rooms or we would be charged extra. When we came back to hotel it took time to check in.
