Company failed to honor booking and said we do not have a reservation despite having confirmation numbers and messages from them about how the check in upon arrival. They left us on the street with no where to stay and has not refunded the money as promised.

The room did not have towels when we arrived and the white tiles in the shower were yellow and the bathroom smelled musty. Overall, it is a convenient location, and the room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room had clean sheets but unfortunately most of the cleanliness stopped there. The room I was in had a few visible cockroaches, mould and the bathroom could do with a really deep clean not just a wipe over. Leather couches are very worn, all furniture has age and wear marks. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Felt very much like it was a “that will do” when the furnishings were chosen. It’s not that I wouldn’t recommend this place but for the price you can get something a lot nicer with responsive building managers. The residents who live there are lovely though. Bottom line, if it’s on special, it’s a nice big apartment. But for full price you can get something cleaner and nicer even just across the road at the Punthill or Mantra. The Cafe “Jak and Hill” across the road serves amazing food!

This was taken at checkout as I wanted to be sure to get my deposit back. I washed the mat on the floor, all the throw pillows, blankets and sheets again as it just felt unclean. The couches sink and the leather is peeling off.

Parking was easy and secure and free. The property was run down, very old - couches were stained etc but it was large and mostly clean. Kitchen was great, and felt more updated compared to the bathrooms/everywhere else. However, it was priced well for what it was and was an enjoyeable weekend.

Stayed there a weekend, the room was clean and had everything i needed,was within walking distance from cafes and pubs etc...staff were very helpful, the low point was that the bathroom was very small and also coming into and leaving the carpark wasnt good as my car scraped...probably wont stay there again..as i could get somewhere a lot bigger and nicer for what i paid.

Staff were amazing, and we were able to leave cases while we waited for our room. We were on floor 13, absolutely stunning views, especially at night when all lights were on. Apartment was excellent, everything you needed was there. Excellent stay, location was great, definitely recommend the Astor Apartments

Very dirty apartment, balcony door broken, ripped couch with very dirty rug covering the couch. Rubbish left behind from past guests. Hole in bedroom door and marks all over the walls.

Aircon didn't reach the back room and didn't go below 21 degrees or it would turn off. For Queensland that is diabolical stuff. Was sweaty every night and I'm not a fat person. Also, no smart TV or a way to cast to it and it was so small for how large the lounge room is. The antenna cable also was bad and we couldn't even watch normal TV. And a few cockroaches were present...

The apartment we stayed in was not clean and smelled terrible, the bed was not made properly and the bathroom was awful. I do not recommend staying here.

This apartment is an excellent find if you're staying in Brisbane for a few days. It's spacious and ideally placed for exploring the city, and just a few minute's walk fron the Central station. The only downside for us was the noise from the outside, especially to the front of the property. It could really do with new noise reducing double glazing!! Apart from that, we loved it.
