"we found a full fingernail in the bed when we arrived, as well as one of the coffee mugs for us to use dirty. when we brought the fingernail and dirty mug downstairs to tell staff, we were only offered a complimentary fizzy drink. i had to ask to have sheets changed, and they still were not changed ..."

"Was great. Nice location. Large multi story Parking a little walk. But its expected in Bath. Only slight downfall was the bed was a little uncomfortable. Hard and not a great sleep."
