"The room was pretty decent, and large, and the beds were comfortable, but otherwise the whole place was somewhat run down and not by well maintained, with a musty smell throughout, including in the room and bathroom. The place is just OK, at best. They were no staff there, and it was difficult to communicate with them via email, or text, or Expedia, and you may or may not get a reply. Check-in instructions were not adequate and if you show up early, the place, and the adjoining pub, is closed...

"Kath was a welcoming and friendly host, communications were timely, clear, helpful and had the personal touch.
The accomodation was so clean and EVERYTHING had been thought of... it was certainly a home from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable. My children were very happy with their rooms and comfy beds too. The place was perfectly situated for a balmy summer evening stroll along the riverside, very pleasant. Would recommend highly and would definitely stay again! Thank you 😊"
