Mollie's Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed with family, loved the room, comfy beds. Stayed in the family room. Kids didn’t like sleeping on the top bunks, so parents had to! Beds were lovely and comfy. Food was lovely. Staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely amenities."

Clayton Hotel Bristol City
10/10 Excellent
"Check-in machines were a bit irritating to use; skip these and speak to the staff on reception. Also the floor layout is unique to any other hotel I've been to - my room was on the fourth floor but it was actually quicker to get to it by going to the third floor and then taking the stairs! Excellent location and a very good breakfast. Would definitely consider staying here again when I'm next in Bristol."

Future Inn Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"I chose this hotel as it was one of the most reasonably priced for the room and not too far from the train station and city centre. It took about 20 minutes from the station because of roadworks and not knowing the way. The hotel is located across the road from Cabot Circus shopping centre which was great. The reception area was spacious with a seating area and refreshments. There are water stations on every floor. The room was well furnished and clean. Tea and coffee provided, proper wine glasses and a small carafe to fill with water if needed. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and safe and a flat screen tv which was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. The bathroom was clean with a shower, toilet and towels, complementary shower gel, shampoo and soap. There's ample space for toiletries around the small sink. The only thing missing were bathrobes which were listed as being supplied with our room and I had to ask reception for them. ( I had to go to reception as our room phone was not working which I reported to reception) They no longer supply slippers. Breakfast can be booked the day before to take advantage of the reduced price of £16 per head ( £18 on the day) for a help yourself buffet style with both continental and cooked food on offer, tea/coffee machines, juices, cereals, fresh fruit and toast etc. Highly recommend as great value and the food was excellent. The staff working that morning were very friendly and helpful. Overall very good."

The Bristol Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This was our third stay at The Bristol. Everything was first class! The reception guys were really nice and super helpful and accommodating (we arrived a little early for check-in and they sorted everything brilliantly). The room was absolurely spotelss so huge thanks to the Housekeeping team! We had a couple of drinks in the bar before heading out and the service was excellent, then added breakfast to our room in the morning which was really good - also huge thanks to the F&B team. I worked with the hospitality industry for a good few years which can make me a bit critical sometimes. The Bristol has always been absolutely first rate for the segment and we will no doubt be back next time we're in Bristol. Thanks!"
