"We stayed for two nights before our cruise. Nadhi was incredibly pleasant the entire time and very helpful when we arrived early. Our A/C unit stopped working hike we were out and our housekeeping attendant noted it as we arrived back. Maintenance had already been called and the arrived in less than 10 minutes to fix it. The location felt safe and there were plenty of restaurants to walk to. We were about a $10 Uber to many other areas of the city (depending on demand) and a block from the Big Bus Tour stop. I’d recommend this location and hotel to others going to Vancouver."

"The free shuttle to/from the airport provided was great. The spacious room comes with kitchenette, but a shallow bath tub. It comes with nice fluffy bath towels, Our unit has a balcony facing the front carpark unfortunately. The room has a big TV in front of the bed, but strangely the sofa area is near front door without the TV. Enjoyed the heated indoor pool and it is big enough for swimming. The gym is decent but didn’t use it, Overall we had a comfortable stay. Great to have the liquor store in hotel and walking distance to good Chinese restaurant."

Only small annoying things: wifi terrible and when I asked for a paid one they gave me instructions and a code to access the same wifi (unpaid) - following the written instructions millions of pop-ups appeard; toilet paper in small quantities; no airport shuttle; the safe was already locked."
