"First of all it turns out that the hotel is on top of the check in lines for the airlines. You can see them from the hotel lobby. Luggage carts are right at the check in for the hotel. One elevator ride with your luggage to the carts, a second different elevator to check in and you are there. I thought the hotel was priced too high. I had prepaid $630 for one night. Since I had a very early flight, I just did it anyway. I don't know if the rates would be better if the big soccer matches were...

"Staff was very helpful in recommending dining and tour stops. Front concierge was friendly and helped arrange our transportation. Gift shop sales lady was so kind and helpful with solutions to my phone issues."

"Wonderful staff, considerate and helpful. 10 min walk to night market. Nice indoor heated pool with a good size water slide. Only con is depending on what side of the hotel your room is, you may hear the planes flying by and/or the metros going by."

"Staff helpful. Hot tub had jets working. Breakfast a tad weak in options. 1st room before switch next night I didn't like as ac unit clunked and not working right. Got a run of the mill room but better night two. Had to move all stuff though mid stay."

"Terrible! Dirty, loud, get ready for multiple sorrys without resolution or restitution. Most staff are try to get PR's and are over worked or new, without knowing much. However staff are friendly and ready with the sorrys."

"We stayed in the stand alone cabins at Crown Isle. These are new - very cute modern buildings. Everything you need to be self sufficient. The resort is conveniently located and it didn’t take long to learn our way around town. We golfed once and the course is quite lovely and very well maintained. We would definitely stay again."

If you are a bike rider this hotel is right on a bike, walking, birdwatching path that is a about 5 km s and keeps you a bit off the highway really nice addition to a trip"

"Great value for airport hotel! Bed & bathroom were clean. AC/heater was an old school one that most value hotels have. Staff was super kind and helpful when I had a horrible flight and did a late night check in. Breakfast was meh, coffee downstairs was good (I refuse to use room coffee makers, personally) Fridge was huge! Again, really great value!"

"The hotel is a gem. As soon as you enter you know you are entering an opportunity for experience, not an average run of the mill hotel. The artwork is not just high end indigenous art, but rather meaning and purpose. Every staff person greeted us warmly and personably.
