"The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. It is across the street from the bay and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the boat taxi. The hotel and rooms are dated but self contained and spacious. They offer underground parking which is convenient and secure. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Kiti at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. All the staff we bumped into was very courteous. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The room had been recently updated. The shampoo/conditioner/etc was nice quality and had a lovely citrus scent. "

"Had a few issues with door, but the staff were SUPER helpful with figuring out a solution. The room was very clean, and the area had plenty of easy dining options. Given that it is a campus it was surprisingly quiet, but the streets aren't super well lit, which made it feel less safe. Overall it is an excellent place to stay."
