"Great hotel, all things considered. Located within UBC and about 25 min east side of Vancouver downtown during non-peak hours. We were apprehensive about the fact that this is in fact associated with a college dorm. But the price was reasonable compared to the average option and the reviews were (justifiably) good. I arrived at the hotel about four hours early, but the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodated me with an early check-in at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated.
