"Good experience overall"

"I wasn't there long enough to form an opinion outside of my arrival and room. My 2nd message from Carey Lodge which likely contained my door code and some entrance instructions would not open so I had a bit of a hard time figuring it all out while exhausted and in a lot of pain. Expedia thankfully supplied the door code. I arrived 5 minutes after reception closed. Once to my room I.realized it had not been cleaned. "Great hotel if you want just a bed for the night. However it does have a full kitchen hen which is fine. we did not use it but everything worked. Parking if you can get it is very tight."

"This is my second time to stay here this year. I enjoyed the hotel - location, cleanliness, staff, etc. One thing that I would ask the front desk is to remind us of our perks. For instance, I was offered a bottle of wine per stay. On my first stay, I arrived almost midnight, thus exhausted from travel. The front desk didn't remind us of the complementary wine. Not a deal breaker but now, I'm wondering what else could we have had but not reminded of?"
