"We booked this a layover for our journey but we definitely think we’d come back here as our main destination. The location is beautiful and the hotel/pub/restaurant was fantastic. The room was well presented with a comfy bed and big bathroom. The restaurant served a lovely meal and then we spent time in the bar for a few drinks afterwards. A very nice calming atmosphere with fantastic views of the countryside around it. Staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly."
