"The host didn't inform that the it is a hostel and bathrooms and living spaces are shared. The parking information was never given. The codes to the doors weren't correct and couldn't access the room."

During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again.
