The bar below can be noisy during lunch and after work till 10, but the bar closed early each night and the neighborhood was quiet on the weekend. The flat was great but could have used some fans for air circulation. There are several restaurants, pubs, and market shops in the area with bus and underground very close. We stayed here with young teen girls and felt safe in the neighborhood."

"This is our second time staying at the London Templeton Place location. We love it for the location to Heathrow, but more importantly it is located on a quiet street but close to public transportation and shopping. Management is great, friendly and helpful. "

Positive: - centrallly located - closer to major transportation links - urband buzz surrounding - communication with the owner Negative: - stairs & bathroom condition - when you enter into the property its stinky, I dare you walk up and down without closing your nose. - flat is in 2nd floor, if you have heavy luggage then you need luck - 1 toilet roll provided for 4 days stay"
