"Love the location and staff at this hotel. I stay here every time I am in London. However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. Other than that, I would recommend it."

I made it to the hotel and let the staff know, they all stepped in without hesitation. Would highly recommend. Will be staying here if I ever come back to London."
