"We loved the location, our room and the really warm staff who are a family business. Everything was great except for a few noise issues which were not the hotel's fault: water pipe road work right outside our window and a horrible, constantly stomping and dropping things guest right above us both nights. The manager did speak to them but the guests couldn't seem to change their stripes. We will ask for a top room next time we visit which will be soon. This is our new go to hotel for London....

"Great for your budget. Excellent clean rooms. Room looks small but you have your own private bathroom space… Common kitchen is mostly clean and easy to use all stuff. Location is close to everything… Staff supper good and helpful. I will surely stay again. Cheers"

"We used it as a base. It was clean, tidy and staff were fab."

"Good spot for a short stay in London. Loved the neighborhood and it was surprisingly quiet at night."

"I cannot stress how awful this place is! Please avoid it at all costs! I won’t be staying there if they pay me to stay there! 0 health and safety! Extremely filthy and really find it difficult to find words to describe it! Please avoid this place!"

"Lift broken was during the 5 days I stayed. Sound proof is not good. The room is smelly."

Front bedroom is cozy and cheerful. Small space heater keeps it extra toasty! Nice to have a kitchen to store food in fridge and heat it up. Kitchen is lightly stocked with some teas, breads, fruit…There’s also a washer in the kitchen, quite handy. Also a dryer out back but couldn’t quite figure that out with Barry. My clothes...

"Really happy with this place!"
