"Great great location, clean, friendly staff; the air conditioning saved us in hot weather in July. We were minutes away from a lot of tourist attractions and we were able to easily commute to distant locations via tube. "The accommodations are definitely worn - the carpet was pretty gross, couch was old and pull out bed was uneven. "Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am.
