"Beautiful & comfortable stay. Very clean, safe, garage parking an extra perk. Easy walk to downtown area and easy access to beach. Incredible views. Had everything we needed. Easy drive to peninsulas. Bay Bread was a a great place to grab breakfast items in the & just across the back street. Had a great experience."

"We knew this was a virtual hotel when we booked, but we had no idea it would be this complicated. There was no staff, no lobby, and no one available to help when we arrived. We had to rely on strangers to figure out the check-in process because we received very little instruction beforehand. The room was very small, had no balcony, no closet, no extra bedding, and a terrible view. The bed was uncomfortable and kept separating from the wall. There was no phone in the room, and getting something...

"Great Hotel with nice room, good customer service and a good breakfast. The room was good size. There were a couple of small issues that we reported to them and they apologized and said they would fix them right away. The location was convenient and quiet. I would stay again and recommend it."

"Hotel was nice, and the location was convenient for walking downtown and gtting in and out using the valet. Mattress was not very firm but comfortable. Calling ahead to get your car out of valet made traveling in and out easier, and we never had to wait for our car. Room was clean, and quiet. Easy to get some rest. Rooftop bar was nice, but more for the newly 21 crowd on Friday and Saturday night. Great beverages though."

"The room was clean & you could tell it was recently updated. Parking was very convenient & the hotel was in a pretty nice location. The room was pretty expensive, but was the cheapest in the area. Outdoor pool was decent, pool was nice enough. The pics of the property are a little but of a catfish type situation lol. But overall good, no major notes."

"Great location and a kind staff. The overall stay would have been much better if the rooms had been updated and freshened up. This includes our visit to the Top of the Park, it could definately use a refresh!"

"Check-in was a breeze. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful with restaurant ideas for dinner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner/heater was easy to use. It’s in a great location to the airport."

"I’m not sure that there is any staff, you check in on the internet for “your” convenience, which takes much longer and is quite invasive, upload your drivers license, credit card again, then a facial recognition program after that, and for me, I always love a second and third check in as I usually book from an Expedia or such. I feel exceedingly uncomfortable with the amount of “verification” (for my safety) I feel safer speaking with an eastern Indian call center. If this is for my convenience,...
