Namun setelah diajukan complaint keras langsung diatasi pihak Villa. Menu breakfast yang enak, dan pelayanan staff yang cukup santun. "Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But...

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"

"The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. "

"We had an excellent time at Yubi Villas, it was close to some of the best restaurant and beach clubs and we found the local massage parlours 5 star. We did experience a little early morning noise from the neighouring establishment but the staff went out of their way to do everything they could to accomodate for us.
