"This was such a cute bed and breakfast in Philadelphia and the surrounding neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk in. Easy to catch a bus into downtown or the historic old city. Each room was unique (we peeked in a couple open doors while being cleaned.) The free breakfast was simple but good and because there are only so many guests, never crowded. Staff were nice and helpful. The building is older, and we had to climb 4 stories to our room, which I did not know. Getting luggage up there...

"I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. We did not use the fire pit but that would be fun for a group Loved feeding the goats, horses and sheep!"

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, maybe overly so. The breakfast was fine. I would call it "fancy food." Not my kind of thing. There climate control in the room was good, but the bathroom was difficult to control as it was on the top floor with no fan that worked. The bed were firm and the pillows good. It might be good to note the rooms location on the booking. I may not have booked a 3rd floor room for my elderly mother."

"Das Personal war wie immer super hilfreich, zuvorkommend und hat sich jeden Tag beim Frühstück bei allen Gästen erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob man den Zimmerservice wünscht.
Die Matratze im "natuket" war etwas weicher als in den anderen Zimmern, die ich schon hatte, aber sonst war alles ok. Mir fehlt immer ein wenig Duschgel, da es meist das Ende der Reise.
Mit dem Frühstück wird sich große Mühe gegeben. Alles da, was man braucht. Schön ist auch, dass es nicht nur Saft und Milch,...

"One of the most amazing Places I’ve ever stayed! Breakfast was unbelievable 😊 and the two ladies cooking breakfast were very professional, super nice and very friendly… I would give this hotel a six star rating if I could! Look forward to visiting again👍👍"
