"It’s a big property & busy. We were there over the weekend. Lots of people2 wedding receptions being held. It was clean, bed was comfortable. We requested more bath towels & response was quick. It was clean, reception desk staff were pleasant & helpful. Starbuck’s coffee shop On site. Will stay here again."

"This was hands down the BEST hotel experience I have ever had, and have had in a long time. Immediately upon entering the hotel, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I was traveling alone, so this is especially important to feel safe and welcomed. However, even if I wasn’t traveling alone, I believe I would still feel that welcome and support, as this seems like a genuine priority for them. I got into town a couple of hours early before checkin, and they graciously found me a room to check in...

"I loved it was so close to busy Chicago but in the quiet subarbs where it was nice and quiet and felt very safe.The rooms were excellent and well equipped and the kitchen was full of snacks to eat when you wanted and a great selection of drinks. If I ever came to Chicago I would stay here again also the hosts were fantastic "

Really easy access to Metro and onwards to City Centre. Front desk very helpful.Ricardo Delgado sorted out a late check out for us due to an ATC delay in the UK. Hassle free and always willing to help. Cannot fault the place."
