"The Kuala Lumpur Journal is the perfect choice if you want to stay near Jalan Alor and near the bustle of Bukit Bintang! It’s off on a quiet-ish street but within walking distance to all the best street food. It’s also very close to the Golden Triangle so accessible to nearby malls. The property itself is so cute and welcoming! The rooms are a fair size, clean and cozy. From the moment we entered we had nothing but amazing service from all of the staff who worked there. We will definitely stay again on future trips to KL! "

"Hotel concept was definitely outside the box, not your typical hotel in a good way. I applaud the design. No pool, no gym but a beautiful lobby, a wide variety of interesting books, a bar with very nice bartenders and televisions 📺. Breakfast was ok, for local nightlife activities the food night market was 1 minute away walking so super convenient, really good food, I enjoyed that option. There's also an arts and craft building about 3-4 min walk, lots to do, painting, jewelry making, awesome sushi spot, great spot to learn about Malaysians culture. Highly recommend "

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our experience was 10/10. The staffwe exceptional, the property stunning and facilities surpassed expectation. The Westin is an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. Its pool area is sunken and surrounded by beautiful trees and walkways. The water feature cuts most of the outside noise so you are able to relax. The beds are luxurious as is the linen. Rooms are spotless and beautifully appointed. We certainly could not fault the property and looking forward to staying afain. Thank you all management and staff for looking after us so well."
