"When you arrive at the hotel the Staff concierge very friendly and professional, they got my bag from the grab, brought it to the concierge area and another staff member guided me to the lift and said reception is level 40 and welcomed me to the building. Very nice entrance. Reception desk on level 40 and staff very welcoming and the area is nicely set up, big windows and you can see all the building around you. My room was on Level 11 and a corner room, small kitchenette and large room even with twin beds. Layout was well thought out with big entrance, bathroom with all the ironing/laundry basket requirements inside the wardrobe. There’s robes and slippers and even cutlery and a microwave. They also provide filtered water at the kitchenette. Room was a corner room. Traffic outside can be heard but I used my earplugs when sleeping so not too bothersome. Hotel is near Exchange TRX, Pavillion and Berjaya Times Square. If you walk around the corner, walk thru Farenheit88 mall to get to Pavillion mall. The hotel provided also a laundry facility, its 36ringgit for 2 tokens ( 1 for washing and 1 for dryer ) I had a full basket of clothes and only 2 items were 80% dry but I just let dry inside my wardobe hanging up. Level 41 is there the pool, sauna, gym, play area and laundry facility is. Nice views of the area as well. I tried playing marvel capcom but didn’t succeed. Room service has large meals so even the truffle fries. I would stay here again for location/laundry/vibes"
