The hotel phone in my room had no wires to connect the phone. We had no phone and if any emergency, thank god I had my cell phone. Then we had no towels and the staff asked me to “bring down the dirty towels for them to wash”. Unbelievable. This happened twice with (no clean towels).

Run down and rough definitely in need of some TLC. Only one elevator bank was working. Parking is a little tight if you drive a truck or full size vehicle.
