"Someone came into our room at 330am and we had a don’t not disturb on the door. Security was lax about it and blew it off as a mistake! How is the world does that happen. The guest had DnD on door don’t knock or enter!! I had filed a complaint with risk management at hotel! I left after that for my safety!!"

"next to no amenities. might be a Vegas thing but did not have coffee maker, fridge or microwave. There is not an ice machine on each floor, no vending machines on every floor that provide soda or snacks like ALL hotels do normally. There is no sitting available other than one desk chair. It's a double queen, so other person(s) had to sit on bed. very uncomfortable to visit or watch TV. No airport transport or scooter service in house. Customer can order outside vendor for both issues but it's...

"Everything except for the elevator was nice and clean. Water pressure for the shower was not that great but we were on the 9th floor...plus there was no way to adjust it so it sprayed further out into the shower, probably because there was only half a glass wall and no curtain. Bed was comfortable and the ac was cold!"

"Our first time staying here and it was overall pretty good. It's off the strip so you avoid a lot of the traffic but close enough that you can still get there easily. The monorail is a short walk from the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, they have a activity room with a pool table and even a photo booth. The rooms are huge and have everything you can think of including a washer and dryer. It's literally like an apartment with a living room and separate sleeping area. My only disappointment...

"This hotel is a hidden gem located walking distance to Fremont Street Experience. It gives adult playground vibes for a welcome break from slot machines and table games. The rooms were well maintained with minor inconveniences like outlets and lamps not working. The pool was sparkling and cool even on a 110 degree day. I'd definitely book again soon"
