"What a beautiful stay here!!! This was my first time leaving Canada in almost a decade. I went to Leeds for a wedding and Hinsley hall seemed a bit out of the way but wow, what a special place. It is so quiet, so peaceful, the good energy can be felt when you are coming up the driveway. Thankful for my experience here"

"Ok, so we upgraded the room which included the lounge - what’s to complain about, absolutely nothing, the lounge was fab, the room itself overall was ok and the breakfast was great too.
But…the lifts, bent and battered doors, the middle lift shaking whilst going up and down and…sort the pillows out, this isn’t the 1st time, they flatten to nothing. We asked for harder pillows, on the 3rd ask late at night, we were given just 1. Feedback has been given on the 3 occasions we have stayed here."

"Check in was very long. At 3pm check in time there was only one member of staff managing a very low keep which feels very poor management when they knew how many guests would be arriving. Someone did offer prosecco but non alcoholic refreshments were not offered (and many guests queueing were participating in the iron man event).
Standard of cleanliness in the room was poor. Bed had a built in wooden “headboard” which was covered in dust as were the low wall lights which felt far too close to...
