Hotel dekat Burns Way Reserve

"Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night"

"This property is a gem.The place is meticulous with well maintained yard .The rooms quite modern and clean, would be nice to have toilet brushes in case of accidents. The food nicely cooked and delicious. Free parking just by the hotel yard. The staff were very helpful"

"A beautiful place, spacious, well equipped with everything. Perfect for family with kids!"

"Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again"

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Best best best!!!"

"We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

"Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

"Ok for a night"

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"Nice motel in great location. Fantastic host on front desk.. ticked all the boxes..."

"King Arthur room was beautiful. Lovely spot to stay in Olinda. Terrific to have breakfast provisions provided."

"Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

"Very nice, modern and spacious room with generous bathroom. Hard to fault really and we would certainly stay again."

"For the price point of this accommodation it was very disappointing. The bathroom had no door to the shower causing the entire bathroom to be wet. No mirror above the free standing bathroom sink. Mirror in the bathroom was opposite the toilet! No milk supplied. Arrived at 3pm and the cottage was absolutely freezing taking over 1.5hours to warm up. Entry to the cottage was half way down the driveway and up a heavily overgrown pathway with no lighting at all. Needed to use our phones to see where...

"Restaurant was handy for a meal the buffet was good but food could have been a bit warmer, parking was easy and having a gated entry it made us feel very safe as Melbourne doesn’t have a very good reputation. The motel room was very nice and quiet."
