"The staff were brilliant and made our stay so enjoyable. Food was excellent both for the breakfast and evening meal. Our Room was cleaning and comfortable with a nespresso machine, premium teabags and fresh milk available from a fridge in the landing were welcome additions. "Very nice modern hotel. Nicely decorated. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the historic city centre in a quiet residential area. Has restaurant, bar and a good cafe. Room was very nice Good size, loads of storage space, very good overhead shower. Good size fridge. Leisure facilities include a long but narrow swimming pool with spa jets along one side, steam room and sauna (currently being refurbished so not in use). "Stayed overnight here so we could catch a nearby folk music gig. Everything was outstanding! If you're looking for that "Sign of the Prancing Pony" romantic inn experience, this is it. I half-expected to see Aragorn ensconced in the corner. Breakfast was absolutely terrific: my wife had the vegetarian full English and I had the regular, both superb. Strong, flavorful coffee made fresh. Staff were always helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again in Cambridge!"
