"The elevator is broken and we were put on the 3rd floor. Room is old and outdated. Carpet torn, toilet ran all night. Hallway smelled like weed."

" I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater"

"The hotel seemed relatively new. It was a tiny bit out from the main city, but still right off 40 & there were several eating choices. The reception area was nice; they had snacks, drinks, wine, & beer you could purchase. We did have to pay $5 per day to park, though. The room was very nice & roomy. They even had 2 COMPLEMENTARY waters, something that is very unusual. The breakfast was phenomenal! It was quite a large spread. We travel up this way quite often, so I decided we will stay here...

"Everything was ok except for the breakfast. The buffet is 21:00 a person but it’s the same thing as complimentary at other hotels. There was only one staff member with a lot of guest . Needless to say. The service was terrible."

"They did not empty the trash in our room during our stay. The common area trash cans were overflowing. There were spill stains on the wall between the beds. The staff were not professionally dressed."
