"Very clean room, small but very efficient. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff, responded quickly to questions and requests. Parking was tight but easily accessible and safe. Breakfast choices were modest but generous. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, easy access to highway,but quiet and private. Would stay here again. "

"Absolute hole in the wall! Nothing like the bright,beautiful pics. Felt bad for the housekeeping girl that she had to deal with this mess. Didn't feel safe and worried my vehicle wouldn't be there or parted out when I woke up in the morning. " I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater"

"I had to contact the front desk twice for the heat not working. They had to send a maintenance person to the room twice. It still continued to not work through the night, the room was very cold. I woke up with a runny nose and coughing."

Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "

"This is minimalism in a place to stay. My first experience with a"Tru" so I didn't know what I was getting. For example, there was there was no closet in the room--you have pegs on the walls and pipes for hanging clothes. The housekeeping is every other day! The floors are "luxury vinyl" and the light fixtures are industrial grade. Pets are permitted (a bit of a shocker ). It is a newer property which masks some of its limitations. "Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. "
