Check in was painful with the need to scan s Qr code and fill in a form when all our details are already on the system when we booked. No tea making facilities in rooms. Staff wete great but big queues due to mobile registration. What happens if there is someone who doesn't do mobile qr codes?

Awesome. Second time staying and will certainly be back. Perfect location to the station and Northern Quarter. 5 min walk to Market Steet for shopping. Incredibly easy check in with no keys just a code and staff always available to help. We had a problem with our drains and a slight smell. Unfortunately ...
