"Hampton Inn can do better withe quality of coffee. On this trip I stayed at two Hampton Inn locations, and the coffee in both the places is terrible. And the amenities should be same in all locations. It needs to be standardized."

"Worn, outdated, musty smell in hallways and room. We were charged for coffee in the morning, most hotels offer it complimentary, furniture in room dented, scratched and dirty. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, flat. Bathroom outdated, strong bleach smell. Windows dirty. Air conditioning was very noisy, clunky. Woke us up every time the fan came on. Got a rash from the pool and I had to pick up large pieces of broken glass from the parking lot around our truck before we could leave. Hilton...

"There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it. The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt."

"The door knob thing was broken and the breakfast had no waffle maker which was sad but the room was spacious and the kitchen in the room was clean and better than I expected."

"We had a room with two double beds which were very comfortable. There was also a huge sitting area. The beds were very close together and sleeping area seemed tight. I would have preferred a larger sleeping area and smaller sitting area."

"Rooms were clean. Desk desk was great and helpful. Parking lot is on the smaller side, but it's free and we still found a spot to park. Our room was super hot due to the air conditioning unit not working. I was hesitant asking to switch rooms, but I did and the guy working the desk was able to switch our room fast plus he wasn't bothered by switching it for us, which I appreciated. Pool was a nice temperature, it wasn't freezing cold."
