The only problem is with the charm of an old building comes the lack of modern conveniences- namely air conditioning. No hotel on the square will have a.c, thought, and the room does have a fan to help, so it is manageable."

"Overall very good experience! It was very hot so was hoping for a/c but there was none (I also did not check before booking). The restaurant was expensive so only used it for 1 breakfast which was ok. The staff were very accommodating with the use of 2 fans and a USB charger. Overall the stay was very good!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent and overlooking the lake. The hotel and staff were very good. We had an issue with our tv and they sorted it out for us. My only downside was the jazz festival. After booking we were pre warned that there maybe noise disturbances from the set up which was fine and not an issue. The restrictions of the festival walking along the water and having to go up to the main road was frustrating. But the noise disturbances on the evening when the festival started...
