"Worked just fine for an overnight stay. Clean room, friendly staff. Bed was firm which was uncomfortable to us. Other than that, no complaints. "

"Rooms were not cleaned at all. The second room we stayed in there was pubic hair all over the bed still. We had to take a lint roller to it. The first room the door didn’t close right and there was a hole in the door that let all the cold air in. The bathroom door in the first room was missing the handle couldn’t shut it all the way or there was no getting it back open. Staff was okay tho they were willing to work with me to accommodate my pet. "

"The hot tub and the pool which is why we booked looked nothing at all like the pictures the hot tub was green/brown at best the pool was a lighter shade but they both were very low on water the hot tub jets didn’t work. Our sink and shower had hair in it and the mid day front desk woman was cold and bothered at best. She was a bit rude about towels.The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful as well as the overnight woman."

"I had a frustrating experience during my stay that came down to a basic service failure. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way...

"Do not stay here despite the cheap rates. The pics were probably when they first opened. Its absolutely the worse property I have ever stayed in. Its like they don't even try to clean the room. "

"Recently remodeled & updated room was newly carpeted & wallpapers bathroom had a walk in shower which was great! Breakfast was good had a variety of foods hot & cold. Front desk staff was friendly,. Iknowledgeable & helpful I highly recommend staying here"

"The Hotel is undergoing a renovation. My only complaint is the ground floor entrance has a key card access for a reason to keep people that are not guests from accessing the place. The key card access is broken. Anyone can walk in. Not sure if there even cameras. The room was very clean, great condition. "

"everything overall was fine, however, i just did not feel safe. i was in a first floor room, right by the lobby, facing the train tracks. i heard random banging and saw people just sitting in cars or walking around the parking lot. "

"Disappointing. No maid service. You need towels, ask at front desk. Want your bed made, do it yourself. No breakfast included as shown on Expedia. No more IGH for me. No more Expedia for me."
