"The resort was great. The lounge chairs in the sun terrace room were pretty worn down. And the sports bar is NOT included in the all inclusive option and you couldn’t bring drinks in from other spots."

"I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service.
This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? "

MI ESPOSO FUE AL BANO EN LA ALBERCA DEL H BLISS Y SE RESBALO AL ENTRAR AL BANO, YA QUE ESTABA EMPAPADO EL PISO Y SE PARTIO LA CABEZA.
NO ESPOSIBLE QUE NO HAYA UN TAPETE O UNA PERSONA QUE ESTE TRAPEANDO.
YO ENTRE A VER Y DE VERDAD MUY MOJADO, YA SE QUE VAN LAS PERSONAS MUY MOJADAS. PERO PUDIERA HABER UNA TRAJEDIA SI NO SE RESUELVE ESO. TAL VEZ CAMBIAR EL PISO, QUE LO PONGAN ANTIDERRAPANTE.
ME HUBIERA GUSTADO IR CON MIS NIETOS....
