"I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. I have stayed in busy and noisy hotels all over and have never had to resort to the earplugs that were left in the nightstand. The Google Map link sent to me wouldn’t work which created...

"Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright."

"This was the second time I stayed at TYRP and it was most certainly better than the first. The staff was so helpful and the location is ideal for partying and if you have a car close to San Juan and the Condado area. The restaurant called hotties was the place to eat for a good steak and a hydrating beverage."
